Product Returns is a part of doing business, it's something any business has to manage. When you do it well, you have return customers that feel they have experienced "First Class" service no matter what their reason for returning your product.
Sometimes the product doesn't meet the customer's expectations, or maybe there was a mistake when they ordered, no matter what the reason we will work with you to enforce your Return Policy. You will determine what we do with the returned product whether it is storage, sent back to you or refurbished (something else we can do).
